Discussion of Commercial Listings:
This course focuses on commercial real estate listings, as defined in Georgia, and managing risks associated with listing commercial real estate such as raw land, income producing properties, and properties that may be environmentally sensitive. It describes the Broker’s responsibility to ensure that Licensees affiliated with the Firm are competent to provide specialized brokerage services. BRRETA is provided as a guideline of duties and obligations. Ideas to minimize risks associated with sharing commission are also discussed.
This course provides 3 hours of Broker CE. It can be taken by any Licensee (Salesperson, Broker, CAM, Associate Broker) for regular CE credit. Upon completion it provides a total of 3 hours credit.
